1 · Dojo Student subscription 道場學員訂閱
- 5-day cooling-off: full refund of your first month if requested within 5 days of first payment and no coach session has been booked in that time. One cooling-off per student, ever. 首次付款5天內（未預約教練課堂）可全額退款，每人一次。
- After that: monthly payments are not refundable, but cancelling is one click and takes effect at the end of the paid month — you keep everything until then.
- What cancelling never takes away: your belts, scores, portfolio, recordings, fragments and rubies — and your marketplace booking access, kept for life after even one paid month. 取消訂閱不會失去段位、成績、學習歷程——付費滿一個月者永久保留預約教練資格。
- Price changes are never applied mid-cycle and are announced at least 30 days ahead; Founding-100 pricing is honoured as promised.
2 · Diamonds 💎 鑽石（購買）
- 14-day return: a diamond pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its diamonds have been spent. Partly-spent packs are not refundable. 鑽石包購買後14天內、分毫未用可全額退款。
- No expiry: unspent diamonds never expire and survive subscription cancellation.
- Refund route: always to the original payment method via Stripe — never cash, never another card.
3 · Rubies ♦ and fragments ⬡ 紅寶石與碎片（訓練賺取）
- Fragments are training rewards with no cash value: they cannot be bought, refunded, transferred or exchanged for money or diamonds — and they never expire. 碎片只能由訓練賺取，無現金價值，永不過期。
- Rubies can be earned by training (25 Fragments → 1 Ruby) or purchased in ruby packs. Purchased ruby packs follow the same rule as diamond packs: refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s rubies have been spent; partly-spent packs are not refundable. Earned rubies have no cash value and are never refundable. Rubies never expire, are never transferable, and never convert to diamonds or money. 紅寶石可由訓練賺取（25 塊碎片 → 1 顆），亦可購買紅寶石套裝。已購買的套裝與鑽石套裝同例：購買後 14 天內、分毫未用可全額退款；已部分使用恕不退還。訓練賺取的紅寶石無現金價值、不設退款。紅寶石永不過期，不可轉讓，亦不可兌換鑽石或現金。
- If we ever retire the system, outstanding rubies convert to AI-practice time at no less than their standing rate (1♦ = 50 responses). They are never simply deleted.
4 · Coach sessions 真人教練課堂 (group 10💎 · 1-on-1 20💎)

5 · Associate pass 會員通行證 (HK$300, one-off)
- Includes lifetime booking access + 10💎. Refundable in full within 14 days only if the included diamonds are unspent and no session has been booked; afterwards non-refundable — the lifetime access is already granted.
6 · Tournaments & events 比賽及活動
- Entry fees (if any) are refunded in full when HKODO cancels or reschedules; no refund for participant no-shows. Free events carry no fees and no refunds.
7 · How to ask 如何申請
- Channel: info@hkodo.com from the account's registered email. Under-18 students: a parent or guardian may request on their behalf. 以註冊電郵聯絡 info@hkodo.com；未滿18歲可由家長代為申請。
- Clock: acknowledgement within 2 working days; decision and (if approved) Stripe refund initiated within 7 working days. Stripe then takes 5–10 days to land — that part is the banks, not us.
8 · The fixed points
- Nothing in this policy limits rights under Hong Kong law, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
- Refunds go only to the original payer. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycling may close the refund privilege — never an honest request.
- This policy is versioned; changes never apply retroactively to purchases already made.
